I am watching my class and listening to students read the passages. Some show up in my Portfolio and others do not. Any ideas? Is there a delay? I seem to be getting about 50% of them instantly.
That is strange that there is a difference from one student to the other. I think you need to give Tech Support a call at 1-800-283-5974. Would you let us know what they tell you? Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community
Thanks Dee. The chat technician logged in as myself and my students and could not resolve the issue, so it has been escalated.
Thank you so much for sharing your progress in getting this resolved. I don't like to hear that they have had to escalate the problem, but I'm also glad that they are acknowledging that it is something that they need to look at. I've learned over the years that they don't know a problem exists until it is reported to them. Someone else may have had the same problem but did not report it.
