Software problem with Writing Zone

Please help! One of my students needs to finish the Writing Zone to move on to the Success Zone. He wrote and finished all of the steps and Ty says to click Go On, but there is no Go On button available. He's been stuck in the same spot for 2 days now. What can we do to fix this problem??? Thank you in advance!
