Grading Report- Next Gen B

Hi For some reason when I pull up grading report it says "there is no data available". My students have been working on the software since early September , so I am confused as to why there would be no data. When I look at individual student segment reports and comprehension skills report, there are recent scores. I have already gone onto the admin page to reset all of the quarter dates, so that isn't the issue as it has been in the past. TIA

I’m guessing that the school year with its grading periods hasn’t been entered yet. Someone with administrative rights needs to change the grading period dates in the Roster screen in SAM by selecting Edit School Profile. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

I have had the same problem. I have contacted support, but they don't seem to have any answers! Very frustrated!!!
