Does anyone have suggestions for consolidating the older READ 180 paperback library/crates with the newer books in the Universal upgrade?

I have limited space in my classroom and am trying to figure out how to organize and consolidate the two. I have an effective organizational system for the older paperbacks (blue crates). Books in the crate (and on the poster - which my students utilize) are organized by level and Lexile. The newer one seems to lack that organization, both in the crates and on the poster. Any suggestions on how to organize/consolidate the two in a way that is most user-friendly for students?

You are wise to plan ahead. The Reading Counts quizzes are different in the two programs. Universal has it built into the student Independent Reading portion of the application, while the Reading Counts quizzes are separate for Next Generation. I'd keep the two sets separate so students recognize which books have the separate Reading Counts quizzes. There is not a way to combine the two that is easy.
