Video Clip issues

Hello, I have a district that is trying to access some of the video clips like Instructional Software: Anchor Video, but they will not play for them. I am unable to get the video clips to play as well. Should we be able to access all of the video clips that are posted to the community? If so, what advice can I offer my teachers who are trying to use these video clips? Thank you, Nicole

I tested a clip or two and had no problem, and my router here at home is terrible. I think I would talk to my local technology department to ask if there is something that is stoping them from playing. I've run into schools and school disticts where there were certain technology protocols put in place that interfered with video. If the problem is with particular videos and not all of them, would you let me know a couple that are causing the trouble. Email askdee@sbcglobal.net. Dee, Ask Dee
