One of my students has been on the writing section for weeks because they are struggling with the software. Is there some way that I can reset this category or have them skip it altogether? Thanks, Kate Armstrong

The student has hit the add a reason repeatedly and now has too many blanks to fill in.

This should not happen. Give Tech Support a call at 1-800-283-5974. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

One other thing, once you hear from Tech Support, would you please share what you learned. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

If you have not talked to Tech Support yet, I have another idea that I'm not fond of. You could just mark that segment as completed. That would move the student on to the next segment but would mess with the statistics. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

Are you using Read 180 NG or Read 180 Universal?
