How do you access the videos for the R Book? Is there an online teachers manual for the R Book?

The rBook Teacher Edition and the videos are in the Interactive Teaching System (ITS). You can access ITS through the Dashboard or SAM Resources. The videos are embedded in the rBook Teacher Edition at the points where they are to be used. For more specific directions, email me at AskDee@sbcglobal.net. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

Hi Jennifer! I absolutely LOVE using the ITS. I mostly use it during whole and small group, but I also access it at home sometimes to plan or prep. It took me a little while to get used to. There are so many buttons and links, so just sitting down and clicking around is what helped me the most. Good luck!

This year we changed over to to Universal. My students are really struggling in the reading zone. Scores are very low and I can't figure out why. Anyone else having something similar? Suggestions?

I haven't heard too much about lower scores in the Reading Zone, but I'm reaching out to some others to see what they have heard about this. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

I've reached out to one of our bloggers to see what she has to say about the difficulty of the Reading Zone. She agrees with you and has agreed to offer a reply as soon as she has a chance.
