For Stage B NG, what is a realistic timeframe for a student to complete an independent reading book and the accompanying assignments?

I realize this will vary per student.

There is no standard time for completing a book because not all Stage B books are the same length, nor are they at the same level of difficulty. Take a look at the document at http://educatorcommunity.hmhco.com/resource/thoughts-on-accountability-in-independent-modeled-reading for some ideas on how to hold students accountable in Independent Reading.
