time period on her Growth Goals report

One of my teachers is trying to change the time period on her Growth Goals report and can not. Has anyone encountered this before?

I'm wondering what time period she is trying to use. Is it a time period from prior to this school year? Is the teacher trying to set the time period by setting an ending date that is before the beginning date? If it isn't either of these situations, I'm not certain why she cannot change the time period. You might consider giving Tech Support a call at 1-800-283-5974. Dee Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community
