Student stuck on 'fluency' section of mindset matters.

A student is stuck on “fluency” section in the “mindset matters” unit, no matter how much she works on it, she isn’t allowed to progress with the software. HMH said to reset her, but instructions they gave not working and now i am out of town. Can someone tell me the steps to reset this student.

I’m not certain what they mean by rest the student, but I will do my best to find out. You may be the teacher who asked me this through Andrea. I sent her several questions they asked me to find the answers to. If so, please email me ataskdee@sbcglobal.net. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community.

To reset her: 1. Log into Teacher Central 2. Select the class on the top left hand side 3. Select the Class Management tab 4. Select the student account on the left hand side under "Select Profile" 5.Select the Edit option next to roduct Settings 6. Under Segment Reset, they need to enable "Reset student's current segment manually" I apologize for the smashed appearance of the directions, but the discussion "rules" do permit formatting. Because the formatting is so bad and almost unreadable in my previous post, I placed the directions in the Resources as a Word document at http://educatorcommunity.hmhco.com/resource/reset-a-student-in-universal. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community
