There willl be no National READ 180 Conference this summer. There will be a Model Schools Conference in Orlando, June 26-29. You can read about it at http://www.cvent.com/events/2016-model-schools-conference/event-summary-768ca8b603e7455ca8e35aeac18544cc.aspx. Dee Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

How can we find out information regarding professional development workshops in our areas?

    AskDee

I am sorry that I missed seeing this the other day. The best way to find professional development workshops in your area is to get in touch with the literacy expert sales representative for your area. They make all the arrangements for workshops in their territories. You can get connected by calling (888) 918-6158. Dee Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

Also, as I understand it, there will not be a R180 strand at this years MSC in Orlando.

You are right. There will not be a READ 180/System 44 strand at MSC this year. Most, if not all, of the bloggers are going and so am I. I am looking forward to it. Dee Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

When was this decided? When I was making my budget last year for this year?? I know that the Read 180 conference was with the Middle Schools Conference and now it's not?? I have already registered, booked my hotel and airfare??? UUGGHH! Will there be any "informal" sessions with you and the other bloggers???
