One of my System 44 students cannot get in to take the SRI. He gets the message that it is too soon since the last test, which he hasn't taken. I tried to go into the settings and change the box that says 30 days between testing. The number 30 will not budge. Any advice?

All students in my System 44 class are taking the SRI today. They took the SPI yesterday. One student is not being allowed into the SRI. Does anyone know how to correct this?

First, I would check to see when he last took the Reading Inventory. You can see that in the Reading Inventory Grading Tools which is one of hotspots at the bottom of the student's Roster screen in SAM. If he took the test less than 30 days ago, you may need to ask the SAM administrator to delete the last test or change the time between tests. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

I reread your question. I do think I would check to see if he really had not taken the test by looking in the Grading Tools. If he has not taken the test and received that message, I might unenroll him from the Reading Inventory and then enroll him again. If that doesn't work, I would give Tech Support a call at 1-800-283-5974. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

Thanks for this information, I think it will come in handy in the future.
