Help with changes to reports

A few of the reports have recently changed. Is there any guidance as to how to read these posted anywhere? For instance. What is with the 1st and 2nd attempt in the Software report? Were we only seeing 1st attempt before? I feel like this is throwing a wrench in how I gave my students grades in the middle of the school year!!!!!

For Universal download the READ 180 Universal Technology User's Guide here: https://www.hmhco.com/product-support/products/read-180-universal/manuals. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

For READ 180 Next Generation, download the SAM Settings and Reports for READ 180 Next Generation at https://www.hmhco.com/product-support/products/read-180-next-generation/manuals. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community

Thank you, but neither one of these are helpful. They do not explain the changes to the reports in Universal. All I know is that none of the percentages in the reports match my grade book anymore and I can't find anything that tells me what they changed and why they did it in the middle of the darn school year!!!

Please email me directly at AskDee@sbcglobal.net with the names of the reports that were changed. I'll do my best to find out what changes were made. Dee, Ask Dee at the READ 180 Community.
